Everybody in the party will need a Fenmalain Key, which shouldn't be too hard to get these days. Just go into the subway and SPAM, but be nice about it if you expect anybody to help you out. ;-) I don't remember what drops the keys, but I have people give them to me while I'm just standing in town, so I don't think they're too hard to get.
